Sysco Polska Sp. z o.o, since 2008, has been involved in the implementation of training and consulting projects in the field of human resources, specializing in VET sector, education, green transition, circular economy education, entrepreneurship, social and professional activation projects for various groups of recipients. Sysco Polska implemented a number of education projects with various angles throughout the country under the European Social Funds as well as Erasmus+ projects in collaboration with many other partners abroad. Company has extensive experience in building cross-sector partnerships and implementing joint projects in many fields – school education, entrepreneurship, adult and youth education and many others. All projects finished with outstanding results and some of them were chosen by the European Commission as best practices.

Additionally, Sysco Polska delivers business mentoring, certified ILM leadership and management courses for companies.

Sysco Polska is ISO 9001:2015 certified organization and is a non-public lifelong learning institution. Additionally, the company is entered in the National Register of Employment Agencies. Sysco Polska is a member of the British-Polish Chamber of Commerce and Polish Chamber of Training Companies.

ACCELERAS KG

Austria
ACCELERAS is an Austrian SME based in Vienna, structured as a network of three complementary enterprises covering digital, social, and economic dimensions of workforce development. Its mission — “Connecting Workforce Synergies” — is grounded in a holistic empowerment approach that bridges systemic gaps in lifelong learning, digital inclusion, and labour market integration.

The organisation applies a whole-system approach to organisational and staff development, offering competency-based HR tools, training, consulting, and social research. Proprietary tools include the Employee Satisfaction Assessment (ESA), Knowledge Management Audit (KMA), Assessment of Organisational Culture (AOC), and Diversity Audit.

ACCELERAS works with more than 15 local partners and serves over 450 individuals annually. Primary target groups include long-term unemployed individuals facing health or skill-mismatch barriers, low-skilled workers in need of upskilling or reskilling, migrants and refugees requiring integration support, rural residents, and mothers and single parents with limited access to education. The team comprises 3 full-time and 2 part-time staff, 2 interns, and 12 freelance trainers. As an EU Pact for Skills Leader with Erasmus+ accreditation, ACCELERAS is committed to systemic, sustainable workforce development at national and European level.
ACCELERAS has accumulated substantial experience in EU-funded projects and national capacity-building initiatives across adult education, VET, and youth sectors.

Key activities include: (1) Social Research and Needs Analysis — conducting impact assessments, labour market studies, and skills gap analyses to inform evidence-based programme design; (2) Experiential and Micro-Learning Design — developing gamified MOOCs, microlearning modules, digital simulations, and hands-on workshops for diverse learner groups; (3) Skills Development and Competency Assessment — supporting individuals and organisations through competency mapping, personalised learning plans, and upskilling/reskilling pathways aligned with ESCO and EQF frameworks; (4) Funding Advisory — guiding SMEs and VET organisations in identifying and securing national and EU funding opportunities.

In EU-funded programmes, ACCELERAS has participated in 8 Erasmus+ Cooperation Partnerships across VET, Youth, and Adult fields, hosted 5 mobility activities supporting 90+ learners from 7 countries, and contributed to a Teachers Academies project developing an AI-powered SaaS tool for educators. ACCELERAS has also delivered media literacy training in 4 CERV-funded projects and provided digital and training services to more than 10 EU-funded projects across multiple programmes.
ACCELERAS is embedded in a strong and diverse ecosystem of local and regional stakeholders across education, employment, business, and social innovation. One of its key strategic partners is Interface Wien, one of Austria’s largest and most established organizations supporting integration, education, and labor-market inclusion, particularly for migrants and refugees.

Bucovina Institute for Social Partnership Association

Romania
Asociația Institutul pentru Parteneriat Social Bucovina (Bucovina Institute Association) is a Romanian non-governmental organization founded in 2011, dedicated to supporting the sustainable development of communities through education, training, and social innovation. The organization’s mission is to strengthen communities by establishing learning partnerships, delivering training programmes, and promoting lifelong learning and social inclusion.

The association operates as a licensed VET provider, social enterprise supporter, and provider of social services, with a strong focus on vulnerable and disadvantaged groups. Its main target groups include young people (especially NEETs), adults with low skills, people with disabilities or mental health challenges, Roma communities, migrants and refugees, unemployed adults, women at risk of exclusion, and professionals working in education, social services, and community development.

Through an integrated approach combining education, innovative approaches, employment support, social services, and advocacy, Bucovina Institute Association aims to improve access to opportunities, enhance employability, and promote equal rights and participation in society.
Bucovina Institute Association has over a decade of experience in designing and implementing national and European-funded projects focused on education, vocational training, social inclusion, and community development. The organization has coordinated and partnered in numerous Erasmus+, CERV, ESF+, Interreg, and Creative Europe projects addressing youth participation, adult education, digital and basic skills, supported employment, social economy, and anti-discrimination.

Its main activities include vocational education and training (including ANC-certified courses), non-formal education, training of trainers, entrepreneurship education, community development diagnostics, and employment support services. The association also provides licensed social services, counselling, and integrated support for vulnerable groups, including refugees, children at risk, people with disabilities, and NEET youth.

In addition, Bucovina Institute Association actively supports the development of social enterprises and work integration social enterprises (WISEs), promotes human rights through advocacy and lobbying, and contributes to policy development at local, national, and European levels.
Bucovina Institute Association is actively involved in multiple national and European networks, including Social Firms Europe (CEFEC), the European Basic Skills Network (EBSN), the Pact for Skills, and the European Alliance for Apprenticeships. At national level, it is a member of networks such as FONSS, RENASIS, RuralNet, ProTECT (anti-trafficking), RISE România, and the European Anti-Poverty Network (EAPN). Through these memberships, the organization contributes to policy dialogue, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of social inclusion and social economy initiatives. 

Public Open University Čakovec

Croatia
Pučko otvoreno učilište Čakovec (POUC) is a prominent adult education institution in Croatia. Established in 1960 as the first lifelong learning center in Međimurje County, POUC is dedicated to the advancement of inclusive, high-quality educational opportunities. With a strategic focus on disadvantaged groups, the institution facilitates the acquisition of essential competencies through innovative programs and holds Erasmus+ accreditation in adult education, reflecting its commitment to international cooperation.
 
POUC provides an extensive portfolio of over 100 formal and non-formal programs designed to align learner outcomes with labor market demands. The institution is a national leader in the implementation of micro-credentials, offering 65+ accredited programs via a state-funded voucher system. These programs specialize in green, digital, and market-relevant skills, specifically targeting the unemployed to enhance their professional qualifications and socioeconomic mobility.
 
The institution is managed by a professional core team specializing in leadership, project management, and social inclusion, supported by a network of over 100 expert associates. POUC serves approximately 600–700 learners annually, primarily adults from marginalized backgrounds, including the elderly, the Roma community, and individuals with low literacy or socioeconomic status. Over the past 25 years, POUC has successfully empowered more than 18,000 learners, solidifying its role as a key driver of regional educational development and social cohesion.
POUC is a prominent adult education institution in Croatia with an extensive track record in delivering innovative and inclusive educational solutions. The institution possesses comprehensive expertise in digital literacy, vocational education and training (VET), sustainability, and lifelong learning frameworks specifically tailored to adult learners.
 
POUC excels in the digital transformation of education, specializing in the architectural development of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs), specialized e-learning ecosystems, and sophisticated digital pedagogical content. By utilizing a learner-centered methodology, the organization ensures high levels of accessibility and engagement, with a particular emphasis on supporting participants from vulnerable and disadvantaged demographics.
 
Furthermore, POUC is a leader in the design and implementation of micro-credential programs that respond to contemporary labor market shifts, focusing on:

POUC actively fosters partnerships to promote lifelong learning and educational innovation. Locally, it collaborates with entities such as the Town of Čakovec, Međimurje County, Croatian Employment Service, Faculty of Education, Technology Innovation Centre Međimurje, and the Public Institution for Development of Međimurje County(REDEA). On a national level, it partners with organizations like the Agency for Vocational and Adult Education, the Croatian Association for Education of Adults, and the Ministry of Science and Education. Internationally, POUC has built a robust network of over 75 European partners, including many adult education institutions, through Erasmus+ and ESF projects. These collaborations drive the development of new programs, tools, and approaches that align with EU priorities in adult education.

Kaunas Science and Technology Park

Lithuania
Tech-Park Kaunas is a public non-profit institution established in 1998, serving as a critical component of the national innovation ecosystem in Lithuania. The organisation’s mission is to increase the global competitiveness of tech businesses by providing high-level innovation support services and fostering an innovation culture within the Kaunas region. Tech-Park Kaunas acts as a mediator for business partnerships, an author of regional innovation strategies, and a facilitator for newly established businesses. 
 
Its primary target groups include innovative SMEs, early-stage start-ups, growth-oriented technology companies, and researchers from academic institutions. As the largest partner for science, public, and business cooperation in the country, it is the only science park in Lithuania with on-site R&D laboratories, business incubation facilities, and a Technology Demonstration Centre. The organisation follows a “continuously learning” model, regularly validating new business development methodologies and services in the market.
The organisation specializes in business incubation, hosting nearly 100 companies across sectors like ICT, engineering, health technologies, and sustainable energy. Tech-Park Kaunas has extensive experience in digital transformation and Vocational Education and Training (VET), having implemented EU projects such as Digi4HEALTH, which developed digital toolkits for the healthcare sector, and VR4INCLUSIVE_VET, focused on virtualizing vocational training. 
 
Through its Evolut 4.0 pre-acceleration program, the organisation equips entrepreneurs with essential skills for product development and investment attraction. Within the AI4VET project, Tech-Park Kaunas leads Work Package 4, focusing on the establishment of AI-Powered Future Classroom Labs (FCLs) and providing structured guidance for educators to integrate AI into dynamic learning environments. 
 
The organisation also manages the “Digital Rocket LT” cluster, which focuses on the digitalization of urban services and holds the European Cluster Excellence Initiative Bronze Label. Its team is highly experienced in curriculum design, needs assessment, and the implementation of advanced training methodologies for both educators and industry professionals.    
The organisation’s governance is provided by three major shareholders: the Ministry of the Economy and Innovation of the Republic of Lithuania, Kaunas University of Technology (KTU), and Vytautas Magnus University (VMU). Tech-Park Kaunas is an active member of prominent international networks, including the International Association of Science Parks and Areas of Innovation (IASP), the European Business and Innovation Centre Network (EBN), and the Baltic Association of Science, Technology Parks and Innovation Centres (BASTIC). It also coordinates the ESA BIC Lithuania incubator and the Lithuanian Business Incubation Centre of CERN Technologies, facilitating industrial collaboration with the world’s leading research laboratories.
